Our trajectory.

A young firm, built deliberately. Here is the gap we started from and where we are headed.

  1. The gap

    Enterprise AI that no one could put into production.

    Regulated organizations were being sold AI pilots that stalled at the audit. The demos worked; the governance, the data boundaries, and the examiner answers did not exist. The people who could build all three at once were rarely the people in the room.

  2. 2025

    PRR is founded.

    Founded by senior architects from federal consulting, enterprise data, and high-scale platform engineering backgrounds — with a rule that the principal who scopes the work writes the first commit.

  3. First engagements

    Regulated workloads, in production.

    We shipped a statewide crisis-response network, an agentic layer on a Fortune 500 ERP, and an enterprise knowledge assistant — each delivered with the governance artifacts the work had to survive.

  4. 2026

    Building toward productized playbooks.

    We are turning repeated engagements into productized playbooks — starting with regulated AI for credit unions and financial services, and our Clarity platform for human services.
