Tampa, FL — June 2026 — The PRR Group and Innate Health Research (IHR) are proud to announce a strategic partnership to design, build, and deploy a custom research management platform that modernizes how organizations collect, manage, analyze, and act on mental-health outcomes data.

The PRR Group Partners with Innate Health Research to Launch a Purpose-Built Research Platform for Global Mental Health Measurement

Innate Health Research is a community-interest company dedicated to advancing the understanding of innate psychological health through evidence-based measurement. Its flagship measure, the Innate Health Scale, has been used by more than 7,000 individuals across 33 countries and 10 languages, helping researchers, practitioners, and organizations better understand the factors that contribute to human wellbeing.

As adoption of the Scale continued to grow internationally, IHR faced a challenge familiar to many research organizations: critical program operations were spread across multiple disconnected systems.

Survey collection and analysis were managed through Qualtrics, while participant management, organizational administration, communications, reporting, consent management, and operational workflows were handled through a combination of separate tools and manual processes. While functional, the approach created operational complexity and limited scalability as the organization expanded its research network and global reach.

Together, PRR and IHR set out to create a more scalable solution.

From Disconnected Systems to a Unified Research Platform

Rather than continuing to manage research programs across multiple applications, the two organizations collaborated to build a centralized platform designed specifically around IHR's operational and research requirements.

The platform provides a single environment where IHR and its partner organizations can:

  • Manage participating organizations and research programs
  • Create and administer consent workflows
  • Build and customize surveys
  • Configure outcome measures and reporting metrics
  • Analyze research results and program effectiveness
  • Automate participant communications and follow-up activities
  • Track research initiatives across multiple organizations and geographies

What previously required multiple software products and manual coordination can now be managed through a single platform designed specifically for outcomes measurement and research operations.

The result is a more streamlined experience for administrators, researchers, and partner organizations while providing the foundation needed to support continued international growth.

Building for Scale

As development progressed, it became clear that IHR's long-term vision extended beyond simply improving internal operations.

The platform was designed to support the continued growth of the Innate Health Scale, enabling IHR to onboard additional organizations, support larger research initiatives, and expand into new markets without relying on disconnected tools and workflows.

By consolidating research administration, participant engagement, survey management, communications, analytics, and reporting into a single system, IHR now has a platform built specifically to support the future scale of its programs and partnerships.

The platform also establishes a foundation for broader adoption by organizations seeking a modern approach to outcomes measurement, program evaluation, and research management.

Advancing Evidence-Based Mental Health Research

For Innate Health Research, the platform represents more than a technology implementation.

It creates a centralized operating system for managing research initiatives, partner organizations, participant engagement, and outcomes data at scale.

By reducing administrative burden, eliminating fragmented workflows, and providing greater visibility into program performance, IHR can focus more of its resources on research, partnerships, and generating evidence that advances the understanding of mental health and wellbeing.

The platform enables the organization to manage growing volumes of data and participating organizations while maintaining the flexibility needed to evolve alongside future research initiatives.

A Strategic Partnership for Growth

The launch of the platform marks an important milestone in the ongoing partnership between PRR and Innate Health Research.

Together, the organizations have created a scalable foundation that supports IHR's mission today while positioning the organization for future growth, expanded research efforts, and broader adoption of the Innate Health Scale around the world.

As the platform continues to evolve, the partnership will focus on expanding capabilities, supporting new research initiatives, and helping organizations better understand and measure outcomes through data-driven approaches to mental health and wellbeing.
