Get an honest read on what your AI roadmap is actually worth.

Engineering-led, fixed-fee advisory engagements that produce written deliverables — architecture reviews, vendor selections, board readouts, and roadmap critiques you can act on.

What you get

Three concrete deliverables.

Delivered in 4 weeks

Written assessment with named recommendations

Architecture review, AI roadmap critique, or vendor selection — concluding with named technologies, sequenced milestones, and the trade-offs in writing.

Week 5

Board-ready executive readout

One-hour readout, a slide deck your CEO and CFO can defend, and a written FAQ for the questions the board will ask the day after.

Through week 8

30-day follow-on access

Async questions, sanity checks on RFP responses, and architecture review on net-new proposals — included, not a separate engagement.

How we work

From kickoff to production.

011 week

Scoping interview

Two-hour working session with your CTO and the operators closest to the question. We come back with a written scope, a fixed fee, and a delivery date.

022 weeks

Discovery and interviews

Stakeholder interviews, code and architecture review where applicable, and a written gap analysis against the question you actually asked.

031 week

FAQ

Questions buyers ask first.

Will you take on the build after the strategy work?
Sometimes — but the advisory deliverable stands on its own and is fixed-fee. We do not write a strategy designed to sell ourselves a build, and we recommend the right vendor when that is not us.
Is this just a slide-ware engagement?
No. Every advisory deliverable is a written document, named recommendations, and trade-offs in prose. The deck is a summary of the document, not a replacement for it.
Who actually does the work?
A principal, with one engineer where the scope warrants. The principal who signs the scope writes the deliverable. We do not hand strategy work to a junior bench.
Can you produce an examiner-ready governance document?
Yes. AI governance policies aligned to NCUA Letter 22-CU-02, NIST AI RMF 1.0, or the equivalent framework for your regulator — written to survive an examination, not to satisfy a checklist.
What if we disagree with the assessment?
Push back in writing. We will defend or revise the document on the merits during the review cycle, and we leave the final read with your team to act on however they choose.

Ready to scope this?

Thirty minutes with a principal. We will walk through your constraints and what a 30- to 90-day pilot would actually look like.
