We moved beyond centralized legacy servers to a Serverless Edge Ecosystem. By utilizing Distributed SQL (Cloudflare D1), we ensured that sensitive victim data is replicated globally for resilience but secured locally for compliance.

The frontend delivers sub-second load times via React Server Components (Next.js 15), ensuring field agents have instant access even on constrained mobile connections.
