Marketing-In-A-Box
Direct-to-Consumer Skincare Brand — Series C, $200M revenue.
2025
The challenge
What we found.
A high-growth DTC skincare company was scaling rapidly but their marketing team couldn't keep pace. They were running 47 active campaigns across email, SMS, paid social, and influencer channels, but campaign creation took 3–4 weeks from brief to launch.
Creative testing was limited to 2–3 variants due to production bandwidth, and attribution was fragmented across 6 different platforms. Average tenure had dropped to 11 months. They needed to 10× content output without 10×-ing headcount.
The approach
How we built it.
PRR built a Marketing Automation Platform combining Azure OpenAI with custom orchestration:
- Fine-tuned models on 3 years of brand voice, top-performing copy, and compliance guidelines
- ML models trained on 18 months of campaign data to predict ROAS before launch
- Dynamic content personalization based on segment, purchase history, and engagement patterns
- Single unified analytics dashboard consolidating Meta, Google, Klaviyo, and Shopify data
- 01BriefingStructured input + brand guardrails
- 02GenerationMulti-variant content creation
- 03PredictionPre-launch ROAS scoring
